I was worried it wouldn’t get hot enough because it’s so small, but it heats up pretty quickly. I mostly use it for my bangs and little touch-ups when my hair gets frizzy
I honestly thought I’d use it once and forget about it lol. I keep it in my bag now because the humidity always messes up my hair. It’s not replacing my full-size straightener, but for quick touch-ups it’s really convenient.
It was smaller than I pictured when it arrived, which worried me at first. After using it, I actually like the size because it’s easy to carry around. I use it mostly around the front of my hair when it starts looking messy

I have a regular straightener that works great, but I never carry it anywhere because it’s bulky. This one is small enough to throw in my bag without thinking about it. I mainly use it for quick touch-ups before dinner or going out.
The first time I used it I tried to take sections that were too big and didn’t get much of a result. Once I started using smaller sections it worked much better. I mostly use it around my face and for flyaways now.
I hate packing full-size hair tools when I’m only gone for a couple of days. This fits with my toiletries and doesn’t take up much room at all. It’s been enough for fixing my hair in the morning or touching it up later in the day.
I have pretty thick hair, so I wouldn’t say this replaces my normal straightener. But that wasn’t really what I wanted it for. It works well for smoothing my bangs, the top layer, and the pieces around my face when they start getting frizzy.
I originally thought I’d only use this when traveling, but I ended up keeping it in my bag all the time. Wind always messes up the front of my hair, so being able to fix it quickly before I go somewhere has been really convenient.
I wasn’t looking for anything fancy, just something I could use without getting my full straightener out every time. It’s easy to use and works well on the sections that need a quick fix. I do wish it were a little faster on thicker pieces, but overall I’m happy with it.
By the end of the workday my hair usually looks nothing like it did in the morning, especially if it’s windy outside. I use this before going to dinner or meeting friends and it helps make everything look neat again. Small thing, but it saves me from feeling like I need to completely redo my hair.
I think the biggest thing is having realistic expectations. It’s a mini straightening brush, so I wasn’t expecting salon results on my entire head. What I wanted was something portable for frizz and touch-ups during the day, and for that I’ve been really happy with it.

I have long, thick hair and personally wouldn’t use this instead of my regular straightener for my whole head. For bangs, flyaways and quick fixes though, it’s really handy. That’s what I bought it for so I’m happy with it.
